Usage Permissions under Artistic License:

Our storybook characters are subject to an Artistic License, providing guidelines for usage as follows:

This license is designed for artists, photographers, and graphic designers seeking to incorporate these graphics into their artistic projects, which may involve selling or promotional endeavours.

You are permitted to:

• Employ these assets without the necessity of attributing the creator (though crediting is welcomed).
• Modify or adapt the assets to generate new works.
• Utilize the assets within your home business for commercial purposes. Exceptions can be found in our shop’s Extended Commercial License listings.
• Apply these assets to eBook covers.

You are prohibited from:

• Selling or redistributing the assets digitally or physically in a standalone capacity or as part of a digital kit. Standalone refers to instances where the image remains unaltered from the original purchase.
• Considering recolouring as a transformative change, substantial alteration or integration with other elements is necessary for change to be acknowledged.
• Selling these assets on print-on-demand platforms without the appropriate commercial license specified in our shop’s Extended License products.
• Employing these assets in any unlawful or immoral manner.
• Employing these assets in a deceptive or misleading manner.
• Using any of these assets for the purpose of selling as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).

The copyright for each image remains with the artists at Telopeapix, and claiming ownership is strictly prohibited.

Extended Commercial License Terms for Storybook Characters:

This Extended Commercial Use License extends the provisions of our Artistic License and TOU.

All other conditions remain unchanged.

If you intend to utilize any Storybook Characters for larger commercial projects, such as selling more than 1,000 assets, you must obtain either a Basic Commercial License or an Extended Commercial License based on your requirements. Both options are available in our shop.

The Storybook Characters set and Extended Commercial License must be acquired separately, as they are distinct products.

An additional Extended Commercial License is required for each ‘StorybookCharacters Shop’ set you wish to use.

The Extended Commercial License permits:

• Up to 150,000 physical or digital end products available for sale.
• Unlimited utilization on business social media accounts under the licensee’s ownership.
• Unlimited physical advertisements across local, national, and global markets.
• Digital paid advertising with limitless impressions.
• Broadcasting and streaming to an unrestricted lifetime audience.
• Deployment or sale of one native app, web app, or game up to 250,000 instances.
• Any commercial usage of a Licensed Asset must:
  • Exhibit significant divergence from the original Licensed Asset.
  • Demand a measure of time, effort, and skill to produce.
  • Not primarily derive its value from the Licensed Asset itself.

Please indicate the specific ‘StorybookCharacters’ set to which you are applying this Extended Commercial License in the ‘note to seller’ section. Your purchase receipt will affirm your entitlement to the extended commercial use license for the chosen set.

By obtaining this Extended Commercial License, you agree to refrain from:

• Copying, selling, or redistributing any artwork as your own.
• Constructing new bundles or kits for sale utilizing art from our bundles.

This license is non-transferable.

Basic Commercial License for Storybook Characters:

This Basic Commercial Use License, an extension of our TOU, caters to small home-based businesses exclusively.

Purchasing this license authorizes using a single Storybook Character set from our ‘StorybookCharacters Shop.’

Both the Storybook Characters set and the Commercial Use License must be procured individually.

An additional Basic Commercial Use License is required for each additional set from the ‘StorybookCharacters Shop.’

The Basic Commercial Use License allows:

• Usage for up to 1,000 physical or digital end products available for sale.
• Utilization of one business social media account owned and managed by the licensee.
• Unlimited physical advertisements targeted at local markets.
• Digital paid advertising with unrestricted impressions.
• Broadcasting and streaming for up to 500,000-lifetime viewers.
• Any commercial usage of a Licensed Asset must:
  • Exhibit significant divergence from the original Licensed Asset.
  • Demand a measure of time, effort, and skill to produce.
  • Not primarily derive its value from the Licensed Asset itself.

Please indicate the specific ‘StorybookCharacter’ set for which you are acquiring this Basic Commercial Use License in the ‘note to seller’ section. Your purchase receipt will confirm your entitlement to the basic commercial use license for the chosen set.

By purchasing this basic commercial license, you agree to refrain from:

• Copying, selling, or redistributing any artwork as your own.
• Creating new bundles or kits for sale utilizing assets from our bundles.
• Employing the art in native apps, web apps, or games.

This license is non-transferable.
